Can I use a wireless charger from another brand to charge my OpenDots 2?

Any wireless charger that supports the Qi standard should work. If you’re unsure, you can check with the retailer where you purchased the charger for more details.

How to wear OpenDots 2?

Place the ball-shaped speaker against the inner ridge of your ear and the cylindrical battery compartment behind your ear. Then adjust the earbuds for a secure and comfortable fit.

How do I pair or re-pair my OpenDots 2?

First use: open the case to enter pairing mode; light flashes orange/green. To re-pair, put both earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, hold the function button 3+ sec until it flashes orange/green, then select “OpenDots 2 by Shokz” in Bluetooth.

Do I need the Shokz App to use OpenDots 2?

You can use OpenDots 2 without the app, but we highly recommend downloading Shokz App for Dolby Audio, EQ modes, dual-device connection, battery status, control customization, wear detection, L/R swap, prompt volume, firmware updates and more.
