How to get the camera working?

With the power from IEEE802.3af PoE switch/injector (NOT included) via CAT5,6, or 7 ethernet cable (up to 330ft,1m/3.3ft cable included), you could set up and access the camera viaWanan pro App,PC client,or web browser (Edge,Chrome,Firefox,Safari).

Is the camera compatible with third-party software/System/NVR?

The IP camera can be added to some third-party software/NVR such as Blus Iris/Dahua. consult your NVR supplier in advance to determine whether they allow the onvif IP cameras from other brands, now not support gw,reolink,swan nvr.

Does the camera support WiFi or wireless installation?

No. This model supports wired Ethernet (PoE)only.

Why is my camera not powering on or working?

Check if the PoE cable is securely connected and that the power supply is stable.If the indicator light of the camera’s network cable interface is flashing, but the NVR can notdetect the camera, please try resetting the camera while powered on.

how can set the camera ?

if the camera is online, you can set the camera by Wanan pro APP,also you can set it by web browser,downlaod search tools software,keep the ipc and pc in the same subnet.if ip address is static,select it,enable DHCP,apply to connect successlly.
