Why am I connected to non-activated blinds?

When connecting to Tuya, turn the blinds up and down with the remote control, then go to press the M button to activate the blinds, immediately go to add the blinds in the phone interface. If you wait too long, you will be adding inactive blinds.

Multiple blinds won’t operate at the same time, what do I do?

Multiple blinds can compete for signal when they are moving up and down at the same time. It is recommended to set the shutter on/off time to an interval of 1-2 minutes to allow the shutters to receive the signal.

What is the maximum number of blinds that can be controlled by one HUB?

Up to 30 blinds can be controlled, please place the HUB near the blinds for easy signal reception when using.
