1: Is the light compatible with ALEXA, ECHO, or Google Home?

No, it’s not compatible with other smart home systems, and can only be controlled through the Tuya app or the included remote control.

2: Is this a wireless or battery-powered LED light that I can use anywhere?

No, this is a hardwired, corded electric ceiling light and requires existing electrical wiring for installation.

3: I bought a light, my family and I downloaded the app on different devices. Can we control it at the same time?

No. The light can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. If one person is connected, others need to disconnect first.

4: Can the Tuya app control multiple lights at a time?

Yes. You can use the Group feature in the app to control multiple lights simultaneously.

5: I bought two lights, and lost a remote later. Can the other remote control both lights?

Yes. The remote uses infrared control, so the remote works with all lights of the same model.
