Why is fingerprint recognition not sensitive?
Please re‑register your fingerprint: press the same finger 6 times, use different areas of your fingertip each time. Multi‑angle recording greatly improves recognition. Keep finger and sensor clean, avoid wet or dry fingertips.
Why can anyone’s fingerprint unlock this padlock?
This happens under factory default status. You must register your own admin fingerprint first. Before enrollment, the lock will accept any finger. Once you add your fingerprint, only authorized fingerprints can unlock it.
Do I need to replace batteries for this padlock?
No battery replacement needed. It comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, just recharge it with the supplied charging cable when power runs low.
