Wondering if your Echo works with these smart blinds?
Short answer: Only if it has Zigbee 3.0 hub built-in, like the 4th Gen Echo, Echo Plus, Echo Show 8/10/15/21, Echo Studio/Hub, etc.
If yours doesn’t, you can still enjoy full smart functionality by adding our dedicated gateway (sold separately).
How do the electric shades get charged?
The electric curtains can be charged using the included USB C charging cable with a 5V 2A adapter from your home. Alternatively, you can buy a solar panel (B0CPM1CZP1) to provide continuous power to the curtains.
How to fix if the motorized shades move opposite to the remote control direction?
You can use the remote control’s reverse function to change the direction of the curtains. Refer to the FAQ section in the manual for detailed steps.
What should I do if my motorized roller shades remote control is not working?
Please follow these:
1. Ensure both the motor and remote have sufficient battery power.
2. Test the up/down buttons of different channels on the remote control. If they don’t work, try re-pairing.
3. If the issue persists, tell us for assistance.
