Can I unlock the door remotely with my phone?
Yes. The Relihom Z03 supports remote unlock through the TTLock app. Users can manage access, control the lock, and view access records through the app. A compatible gateway is required for Alexa and Google Home voice control.
Does this smart lock work with Alexa or Google Home?
Yes. Alexa and Google Home voice control are available when the lock is paired with a compatible gateway. The gateway is not included with the lock and must be purchased separately
Will this smart lock fit my door?
The Relihom Z03 fingerprint smart door lock is designed for standard US single bore doors. It fits doors with a thickness range of 30-50 mm (1.18-1.97 inches) and supports common 2-3/8″ and 2-3/4″ backset options.
What happens if the batteries run out?
The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries and provides low-battery alerts through the TTLock app and indicator light. If the batteries are depleted, USB-C emergency power can be used to provide backup access.(the battery isnot rechageable)
Why the lock fail to connect to Bluetooth? Can I use the wifi to unlock the door.
Please note: Keep the lock awake while connecting; if you want to use the wifi to unlock, it need to connect the gateway.
