Wondering if your Echo works with these smart blinds?
Short answer: The smart blinds pair directly with Echo devices that have a built-in Zigbee hub, as listed on the official Alexa website.
If yours doesn’t, you can still enjoy full smart functionality by adding our dedicated gateway (sold separately).
My window is only 35″ height. Can the height be adjusted as needed?
Yes, our motorized blinds are designed to fit without cutting. You can easily adjust their height by simply setting a bottom stop position, allowing them to perfectly match your window’s size.

How to fix if the motorized shades move opposite to the remote control direction?
You can use the remote control’s reverse function to change the direction of the motorized zebra blinds. Refer to the FAQ section in the manual for detailed steps for “Reverse Motor Rotation Direction”.

Please follow these:
1. Ensure both the motor and remote have sufficient battery power.
