Why there’s no sound from soundbar?

Check TV audio output setting：

1. TV output: Select sound bar not TV speaker

2.TVformat:Select PCM/stereo

3.Menu settings vary by TV brand; consult TV user manual for quick setup

When I stream apps like Netflix on my TV, my soundbar has no sound or just plays static/crackling.

The soundbar is not compatible with Dolby or DTS audio formats. We recommend disabling these settings on your TV and in streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, and YouTube.

I have connected the soundbar to my TV via Bluetooth. How can I connect it to my smartphone?

You need to disconnect the existing Bluetooth connection first. Press and hold the BT button on the remote for 2 seconds, then pair it with your phone via Bluetooth.
