Does this work in other countries?
The trackers have coverage in 185 countries, including the United States and Canada, with no additional costs for international usage. If traveling outside the US and Canada, simply update the tracker’s network mode to international within the app.
Is there a subscription?
This tracker comes with 30 days of service, so there’s no extra cost within that timeframe. Activate yours by scanning the code on the package. Enjoy updates every 5 seconds and unlimited cellular data at no extra cost.
Does this product come with a sim card?
All our trackers are pre-equipped with a SIM card. To activate and ready the tracker for use, simply scan the code on the packaging and activate your subscription.
Is there a contract to use the service?
