Thick walls, metal doors, and the network environment may affect range and response time. This smart doorbell is especially suitable for short to medium distances, smaller apartments, and areas with strong signal coverage. In multi-story buildings, an additional monitor can be installed to maintain a stable connection over longer distances.

The doorbell with camera can connect to a compatible SwitchBot Smart Lock, allowing you to check visitors and unlock the door directly from the monitor. Alexa is also supported. The monitor can be switched between German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
