ZONE FLOW CONTROL: This tekmar 2-way zone valve, model 703S, precisely regulates water flow into designated heating and cooling zones within hydronic systems, helping improve comfort, efficiency, and reliable temperature control..
VALVE OPERATION: The valves are normally closed and electro-mechanically actuated, providing reliable opening and closing action with a built-in end switch connection to support system control, sequencing, and coordinated equipment operation.
END SWITCH INTEGRATION: The zone valve end switch closes when the valve fully opens, signaling pumps or boilers to operate only when flow is available, improving system coordination, efficiency, and hydronic equipment operation for easy accessibility .
ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: The unit measures 7-5/8″ L × 2-5/8″ W × 4-1/16″ H (194 × 67 × 103 mm) and features a socket sweat fitting connection. It operates within a temperature range of 41 to 140°F (5 to 60°C) and is suitable for commercial buildings with BAS, multifamily homes, single-family homes, and small commercial buildings.
