Are you encountering the “Are you sure to replace G18 with the M15 type?”

Some devices may experience incorrect model identification due to firmware version issues. Simply perform a firmware update after activation, and the device will automatically identify the correct model and restore normal functionality.

Are you encountering the “Device is already bound to an old account” message?

Please provide your device’s IMEI number (the number located below the Q-R**code on the screen), and we will unbind the device from the previous account in our system so you can complete the activation process again.

The device screen keeps restarting?

Please upgrade your system to the latest V1.7 version via OTA online update in the settings. (note: that the system can only be upgraded one version at a time, you may need to perform the upgrade several times until you reach the latest version.)

If the PPT (Push-to-Talk) button doesn’t respond the first time you press it?

This is a normal network reconnection process. Please release the button, then press and hold it again immediately to resume normal communication.
