The monitor keeps turning on andoff automatically. What could bethe problem?
Usually caused by insufficient power.Use a separate power source and the original USB-C cable. Test with another device. If still happens, it may be a hardware failure.
What should I do if there’s no signal when connecting the monitor?
Check that the cable is firmly connected, use the original full-featured USB-C cable, and make sure your device supports video output. Try powering the monitor separately or use an HDMI connection.
The monitor has entered aging mode (screen flickering or showing solid red/green/blue/white colors). What should I do?
This usually means the monitor has entered factory test mode due to an accidental operation. Press and hold the power button until the screen turns off, then release it and turn the monitor back on. This should exit the mode.
