How do I unlock the door if the battery dies?
No need to worry. The lock includes an emergency power backup via a Type-C port, so you can supply temporary power and use any of the five unlocking methods to regain entry.
Can I create temporary access codes for guests or rental properties?
Yes. You can create temporary PIN codes for visitors, cleaners, contractors, or rental guests through the app. The lock supports up to 200 users, making access management easier for families and rental properties.
Will this smart lock fit a standard US door?
It is designed for standard US doors with a thickness of 35–55 mm and a backset of 60–70 mm. Please measure your door before ordering. For compatible doors, additional drilling is normally not required.
