How to connect the indoor camera?
1. Plug in and reset the indoor camera, open Wansview Cloud app and follow the steps
2. Connect your phone and the pet camera to the same home 2.4G or 5G WiFi
3. Ensure that your dog camera is close to your home router within 3 feet during setup.
Is the pet camera cordless?
No, this dog camera is wireless but not cordless.
The wireless refers to the wireless network, this plug-in camera is not battery powered, it needs electricity to power up.
The box includes a 6 ft 5V 1A USB power cord and adapter.
Is a cloud subscription required?
It’s not forced to subscribe the cloud service. You can use the app without subscribing.
If you need replay longer video clips, you could choose SD card recording or Cloud Storage
How do I reconnect the cat camera if it is offline?
1. Please try to unplug and replug the camera and get it back online;
2. If restart not works, please reset&reconnect the camera again(like you first connect it) to get it back online.
