How to use the video function continuously?

When the mobile app activates the video feed, it will display a prompt every 20 seconds to maintain the connection. Simply confirm to keep the video function active.

Users encounter problems while using the product. How to solve them?

We recommend using branded 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, and we will have dedicated personnel to deal with the product problem. If you are still experiencing a batterie rapid runs out quickly, we will resend you a new door lock.

Why is the connection to the APP unsuccessful?

First, set an administrator password. You can pair the device with the app once Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone. Note: Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported.

How to unlock the door with mobile app?

In general, the door lock is in sleep mode to reduce power consumption.

Please press the “doorbell button”, the door lock will wake up, and the mobile app will remind you to turn on the video and unlock it.

Sometimes when a user presses the doorbell button, the mobile app does not respond. What is the reason?

For best results, use with a strong WiFi connection. Weak signals can affect performance. All features require stable internet access.
