Does this switch work without a neutral wire?
No. This Switch need Neutral Wire. Always follow the wiring diagram and consult a licensed electrician if you are unsure.
Is this a 3-way or a single-pole switch?
This is a single-pole (1-way) switch designed to control one lighting circuit from one location. It does not support 3-way or 4-way wiring with multiple wall switches.
Can I use this switch to dim the lights?
No. The switch provides on/off control only. For the best performance use non-dimmable bulbs or smart bulbs that manage their own dimming through the app.
What WiFi does it support?
The switch works with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks only. It does not support 5 GHz bands. Make sure your router has a 2.4 GHz network enabled before pairing in the app.
Which apps and voice assistants are compatible?
You can use the Smart Life or Tuya app for control, timers and scenes. After linking your account, the switch works with Alexa for hands-free voice control.
