Why do door and window sensors trigger the alarm even when they are disabled?

This is because the “Door/Window Opening Alert” option is enabled. You can disable it via:

Path: Settings -> Switch -> Door/Window Opening Alert -> Disabled

Don’t need a password to disarm?

The keyboard lock must be activated. The keyboard lock on the alarm box is disabled by default and must be activated manually. The initial system password is 6666.

Do door and window sensors trigger the alarm when they are together, not when they are separated?

Please remove these sensors and pair them again.

Menu -> Parts -> Detector -> Add

Note: Sensors must be in contact with the magnet before pairing. When pairing, please separate them to activate.

Why is it still possible to disarm without a password after activating the keyboard lock?

Set the delay time: Settings -> Delay -> Alarm Delay, set it to 0. when you arm the system, the keyboard will be immediately locked after the arm deadline, and a password will be required to unlock it.

How to differentiate sensors?

Please rename your sensors in the Smart Life app according to your actual use to distinguish them.
