Does the item include a power adapter?
No, the power adapter is not included. For optimal charging speed, we highly recommend using a 20W+ PD power adapter. Don’t use the 5V/1A (5W) phone wall chargers, as they don’t provide enough power and will cause slow charging or overheating.
Is the charging cable attached to the pad?
No, the cable is detachable (not built-in). It is a 3.2ft (1m) USB-A to USB-C cable for easier storage and travel versatility. Plug USB-C into charging pad, USB-A into power adapter.
Does it work through phone cases?
Yes, the wireless charger pad charges through most phone cases up to 5mm thick. However, it won’t work with metal, magnetic, or wallet cases, or any cases over 5mm.
How can I charge my iPhone Pro & Pro Max with this wireless charger?
Place your iPhone flat on the charging pad and align the lower portion of the phone with the charging area. Due to differences in iPhone designs and internal charging coil locations, slight adjustment may be needed for proper alignment.
