Wireless Headset with Mic for Work, Bluetooth Headset ENC Noise Cancelling

Product description

How effective is the ENC dual-mic noise cancellation? Are there limits for the one-touch mute button?

ENC dual mics reduce keyboard hum, AC noise, and light traffic. Place the 270° boom 0.4–0.8″ from mouth. Mute works only during calls, not standby/music. Voice alerts cannot be disabled. Does not cancel loud crowds or highway noise.

Can Bluetooth 5.3 connect two devices simultaneously? Will dual audio cause playback interference?

Bluetooth 5.3 pairs fast and stores two devices. Only one plays audio at a time; pause the other to avoid stuttering. Calls auto-pause PC media. Metal, routers, and car interiors may interfere and reduce range.

Does the headset auto-reconnect after power-on? Can the MFB button control Teams/Zoom PC calls?

Auto-reconnects saved paired devices after power-on. Factory reset fixes failed reconnection. MFB key handles mobile calls: answer, hang up, redial, media control. PC meeting apps need manual clicks; voice alerts cannot be turned off.

Does this headset support dual charging? What’s its battery life? Can the dock store the USB dongle?

Supports Type-C wired & dock wireless charging, with a dongle storage slot. Battery: 80h music, 50h talk at 50% volume, 80d standby. Runtime varies. Powers off while charging; recharge every 2 months if unused.

Can I answer incoming calls from my cell phone or desk phone (VOIP) using this headset?

For cell phone calls, press the MFB button to answer or hang up. For computer/desk phone VOIP calls, the MFB key does NOT work – you must click on-screen to answer/end. PC meeting apps also require manual operation.
