Check Your Infotainment System

This Navigation SD Card features quick 5-minute installation with no tools required. Latest map data preloaded. Simply swap the old SD card for the new one and follow the 6 steps above. If the card is not recognized, reinsert it and restart the ignition.
What should I do if I see “This SD card is not valid in this vehicle” (with 0x1 error code)?
SD cards can only be paired with one vehicle/VIN. If the card was previously used in another vehicle, it must remain with that vehicle. Also confirm your vehicle is a North American model — this card will not work in vehicles outside North America.
Why does the “SD card has been removed” message pop up after starting the vehicle?
This is normal — the vehicle detects the original SD card was removed. Tap OK, return to the main menu, tap NAV, and the system will automatically recognize and pair the new SD card. Follow on-screen prompts to finish initialization.
How do I confirm this SD card is compatible with my vehicle?
Verify your vehicle make, model & year match the compatibility list, and confirm factory navigation — Nav icon on the display and an SD card slot. Both required for use.
Why is my GPS position not moving after updating the SD card?
This is generally not caused by the SD card — it only stores map data. Frozen GPS is usually from weak signal, antenna issues, or first use. Drive outside, restart, wait. If not, check the antenna.
