Question 1: portable DVD player with screen doesn’t seem to start?

Answer: About the DVD player not recognizing DVDs:
First of all, please make sure your DVD is not a Blu-ray DVD, because the YD105 portable DVD player cannot play Blu-ray discs.Second, replace another DVD disc or another DVD disc to see if the DVD player still can’t recognise the DVD.Third, please clean the DVD disc and DVD disc base with alcohol and cotton cloth.
If the DVD dose not recognize after replacing it with another DVD, the laser head reading function of the DVD player is damaged We can replace the DVD player with a new one for you.
