Does the DVR come with a hard drive?
No, this DVR does not include a hard drive or cameras. You will need to purchase and install a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive (500GB to 2TB recommended) separately to enable recording.
Is the DVR compatible with my existing analog cameras?
Yes, this DVR supports hybrid analog cameras, including HD-TVI, CVI, AHD, and CVBS formats. However, it is not compatible with IP cameras and does not support 5MP or 8MP cameras.
Does it support AI human vehicle detection?
No, it does not support AI human vehicle detection.
Can I view the cameras remotely without internet?
No, remote viewing requires an internet connection. Local viewing via HDMI or VGA does not require internet.
You got “Video Loss” on one channel or all channels?
If you connected the Zosi cameras to Zosi DVR.
Please check whether the cameras’ power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable can work well.
You can use another working 12V power supply to connect the camera one by one to test.
