Why is my blind coming with marginally smaller size?
2mm (about 0.1″) is removed in width and height by default to facilitate the installation. Please make precise measurement before placing the order.
Why the blinds cannot be opened or closed fully?
When the motor encounters big resistance, it stops automatically. It can be easily recovered by clearing the wrong stopping position on the remote.
Can it work with Alexa or Google Home speakers?
Yes, it works with Alexa and Google Home with the intermediate Tuya hub from us.
Is the hard-wired motor work with my home power voltage?
Yes, it can cover a voltage range from 110V to 240V.
How can I manage the clearance around the frames?
The clearance is technically inevitable due to the fact that there’s measurement error or the frames are not precisely rectangular. Nevertheless, the little gap can be filled by sealant, if you like.

Blackout material: Cellular blind is made of 0.55″ single cell blackout honeycomb fabrics with aluminum foil, which can 100% block sunlight. All honeycomb fabrics have a white backing to reflect even more daylight and provides a uniform appearance from the outside. Both sides can be installed.
Energy saving: Unique honeycomb construction offers sound absorption, while also reducing the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays and providing ideal insulation for energy efficiency. These cell shades feature air-trapping honeycomb cells that repel summer heat and winter cold alike for year-round comfort and style.
Made to order: The blind is custom made. You can find the feasible size range in the “Customize Now” button on the top right. It’s typically installed inside the skylight frame (minimum 2″ depth required). Special L-shape bracket is also available for over-the-frame mounting. Please make sure the net size measurement as precise as possible. To avoid any installation interference, the size will be 0.1″ smaller in both width and length.
Remote control: We provide a 6-channel remote controller that can independently control 6 skylight shades or synchronously control up to 999 skylight shades. If your home is equipped with our exclusive TUYA smart module, you can control the skylight shades and set timing functions via all models of Alexa and Google Home.
Easy to install: Blinds for windows is raise and lower with smooth, simple operation. Mounting hardwares are included, and please find out the easy Installation Method by the Video & Instruction Manual on the product link.
