How do I select the correct rod length?
Measure the full installation width and enter the required rod length. Each finial adds approximately 3.5 in. (9 cm) beyond the rod body.
Does every motor support app and voice control?
No. Smart control requires a TUYA WiFi motor or a compatible gateway used with a standard motor. Compatibility may vary by configuration.
Can I choose how the curtains open?
Yes. Depending on your configuration, the curtains can open from the center or toward one side.
What is the difference between the single-rod and double-rod options?
The single-rod option supports one curtain layer. The double-rod option supports two curtain layers and includes two rods and two motors controlled by one remote.
